Published on March 27, 2020

The Ministry of Culture supports the independent cultural sector, which is currently experiencing a major crisis generated by the national emergency situation. For this reason, the Ministry of Culture decided that, this year, the annual funding session through the ACCES Program should be dedicated to cultural operators in the independent area. Also, in order to facilitate the implementation of cultural projects and actions, in the context of the social isolation imposed, this year the Ministry of Culture launches the ACCES program under the name of ACCES Online 2020 and invites independent cultural operators to submit project proposals that will be performed exclusively online and to fall into the following fields: theater, music, dance, visual arts, intangible heritage.

The amount allocated to finance the selection session under the ACCES Online 2020 Program is 1,000,000 lei. The maximum amount that can be requested for a cultural project / action is 50,000 lei.
