Metalhead Meeting
Metalhead Meeting - the seventh edition of the festival took place on July 6 and 7 at the Romanian Arenas in Bucharest. The first bands confirmed at the festival were the Finns from CHILDREN OF BODOM and SONATA ARCTICA, the Dutch from EPICA, the Canadians from KATAKLYSM, the Dutch from Carrach Angren and the Americans from Skeletonwitch. To these were added the Brazilians from SOULFLY who return to Bucharest after almost 10 years and with this occasion the public could see the legendary Max Cavalera (ex Sepultura) singing along with his son or, Zyon, on drums!
At the 2019 edition, SLAYER sang the last show of his career in Romania in Bucharest, on July 10, 2019 at the Romanian Arenas at the Metalhead Meeting 2019, celebrating 15 years of METALHEAD in Romania! Carthagods and Methedras stepped on the stage for the opening.
